Pricing Details

Ok guys- heres the simplified pricing and deal my besties over at Maderas have worked out for us.

Accommodations (4 nights/ 5 days) are listed below in the chart. Single people who want shared rooms (dorm like) are $650 or $750 depending on the bed type.  Private rooms are listed per room and up to 2 people per room.  So if someone wants a private casita it would be the same price $1400 for 1 or 2 people- this rate also includes the all inclusive food & beverage pricing.  Some private accommodations can hold more than two people- in this case it will be an extra $250 per person for the accommodations and all inclusive package.

Rates include:

- 4 nights, 5 days of lodging

-All inclusive- three meals a day including beverages (juice, coffee, alcohol)

-Yoga (1 class a day) is included

Not included:

-Airport Transfer (each way): $100 for 1 person, $50 for 2 or more people. Maderas will help arrange a driver to pick you and your guests up from the airport & drive you down to Maderas. The village is about a two hour car ride from the Managua airport.

-Offsite food and beverage (there are some pretty amazing and cheap food options at the beach including the best fish and chicken tacos ever)

-Activities (catamaran boat party about $90 per person, horse back riding, massages, surf lessons).  We are planning to do a boat party which will be one of the official events so plan on this one.

How to book

Maderas is already booking up dates for March and have agreed to hold space for us until  December 11th so it would be best to lock this in asap to ensure availability.  Should space be unavailable contact me and we can work out accomodations in another rental property or hotel.
